# Totally Tropical Pancakes

Our totally tropical pancakes are a super tasty + fluffy recipe. Made with Earth's Best Orange Banana pouch, the perfect sunny start to the day!

Ingredients
- 1 x Earth's Best Orange Banana pouch  
- 1 egg  
- 3/4 cup self-raising flour  
- 1/3 cup of milk  
- Chopped banana (or another tasty fruit!)

Method  
1. In a bowl mix together the egg, flour, milk and pouch until smooth.  
2. Heat the oil or butter in a pan and add 2 tablespoons of the pancake mixture.  
3. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown. Deeelicious!  
4. Top with yummy banana.  
5. Mash the banana and cut into fingers before serving to your little one.
